STEERING WHEEL
• Mount extension shaft (8) on the steering shaft (11).
• Slide upper steering mount (9) onto extension.
• Orient the steering mount so the base sits flat on the
upper dash.
• Install four (10) self-tapping screws using a #2 Phillips
screwdriver.
• Hand tighten each screw until flush against the steering
mount, then turn an additional 90 degrees.
NOTE:
Do not over tighten screws.
• Mount the main shaft cover (6). Ensure that the guide
tabs in the cover fit the cover in respective holes.
• Remove steering wheel adapter (7) from steering
wheel (5) and slide adapter onto steering shaft. Check
that the front wheels are aligned forward and place the
wheel on the hub.
• Assemble large flat washer (4), lock washer (3) and
bolt (2). Tight en securely.
• Snap insert (1) into center of steering wheel.
VOLANT
• Montez la rallonge d'arbre (8) sur l'arbre de direction
(11).
• Faites glisser le support de direction supérieur (9) le
long de la rallonge.
• Orientez le support de direction afin que sa base re-
pose à plat sur la partie supérieure du tableau de bord.
• Installez quatre vis à tôle (10) à l'aide d'un tournevis
Phillips n° 2.
• Serrez chaque vis à la main jusqu'à atteindre le sup-
port de direction, puis serrez de 90 degrés supplémen-
taires.
REMARQUE
: Ne serrez pas trop les vis.
• Montez le cache de l'arbre principal (6). Assurez-vous
que les pattes de guidage du cache introduisent le
cache dans les trous respectifs.
• Ôtez l'adaptateur (7) du volant et glissez-le sur l’arbre
de direction (5). Vérifiez que les roues avant sont ori-
entées vers l'avant et placez la roue sur le moyeu.
• Assemblez la grande rondelle plate (4) et bloquez-la
avec la rondelle (3) et le boulon (2). Serrez à fond.
• Clipsez l'insert (1) au centre du volant.
LENKRAD
• Montieren Sie die Verlängerungswelle (8) auf die Lenk-
welle (11).
• Schieben Sie die obere Lenkhalterung (9) auf die Ver-
längerung.
• Richten Sie die Lenkhalterung so aus, dass die Basis
flach auf dem oberen Armaturenbrett sitzt.
• Befestigen Sie vier (10) selbstschneidende Schrauben
mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher der Größe 2.
• Ziehen Sie jede Schraube mit der Hand fest, bis sie
bündig mit der Lenkhalterung ist, und drehen Sie sie
dann nochmals um 90 Grad.
HINWEIS:
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben nicht zu fest an.
• Montieren Sie die Hauptwellenabdeckung (6). Stellen
Sie sicher, dass die Führungslaschen in der Abdeck-
ung mit den jeweiligen Löchern übereinstimmen.
• Nehmen Sie das Zwischenstück des Lenkrads (7) vom
Lenkrad (5) ab, und schieben Sie es auf die Lenkwelle.
Prüfen Sie, dass die Vorderräder nach vorn ausgerich-
tet sind, und positionieren Sie das Rad auf der Nabe.
• Montieren Sie eine große, flache Unterlegscheibe
(4), die Sicherungsscheibe (3) und die Schraube (2).
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest an.
• Rasten Sie den Einsatz (1) in der Mitte des Lenkrads
ein.
