10-YEAR WARRANTY

ON THE BOILER UNIT

What the warranty covers

This 10-year warranty exclusively

covers damage to the Polti La Va-

porella boiler system (inlet connec-

tion, boiler and solenoid valve)

caused by limescale.

For all other parts please refer to

European Directive 99/44/EC, see

the Instruction Manual’s “Warranty”

section.

Duration of the warranty

10 years. The warranty is valid from

the date of purchase shown on the

proof of purchase.

How to become eligible

In order to benefit from the Polti La

Vaporella boiler unit 10-year war-

ranty, you must: register your prod-

uct within 30 days of purchase,

keep and show the proof of purcha-

se.

To register your product, you must

go to the “Register your product”

section found on the home page at

www.polti.com or call the Polti Cus-

tomer Service Department.

Products purchased with a VAT reg-

istration number and/or used in a

commercial and/or professional set-

ting will not be covered under this

warranty.

Warning

Warning! Polti La Vaporella

has

been designed to work with tap wa-

ter. Never use distilled water, undi-

luted demineralised water, rain wa-

ter or water containing additives

(e.g. starch, perfumes), scented wa-

ter or water produced by other do-

mestic appliances, by water soften-

ers and filter jugs.

Use that is not compliant with the

“Whic water to use in the boiler”

section of the Instruction manual in-

validates this warranty.

Polti Kalstop is the only anti-

limescale product permitted and

compatible with Polti La Vaporella.

This warranty is only valid in partici-

O que cobre a garantia

A presente garantia de 10 anos co-

bre exclusivamente os danos provo-

cados pelo calcário no sistema da

caldeira (tubo de enchimento, cal-

deira e eletroválvula) da Polti La Va-

porella.

Duração da garantia

10 anos. A garantia é válida a partir

da data de compra, comprovada

pelo documento fiscal que compro-

anos do sistema da caldeira da Polti

La Vaporella é necessário: registar o

aparelho no prazo de 30 dias da da-

O aparelho adquirido com NIF e/ou

utilizado em âmbito comercial e/ou

profissional, não beneficia desta ga-

rantia.

Advertências

Atenção! Polti La Vaporella foi con-

cebido para funcionar com água da

torneira. Nunca usar água destilada,

água desmineralizada não diluída,

água das chuvas ou água com aditi-

vos (como por exemplo: amido e

perfume), água perfumada ou água

resultante de outros eletrodomésti-

cos, amaciadores ou jarras filtrantes.

A utilização imprópria (ver Manual

de Instruções, capítulo “Qual a água

a utilizar na caldeira”) invalida esta

garantia.

Polti Kalstop é o único anticalcário

admitido e compatível com Polti La

Vaporella.

Esta garantia só é válida nos Países

Was wird durch die Garantie abge-

deckt?

Diese 10-Jahres-Garantie deckt aus-

schließlich die durch Kalk entstande-

nen Schäden an der Dampfkessel-

einheit des Geräts Polti La Vaporella

(Wasseranschluss, Heizkessel und

Elektroventil)ab.

In Bezug auf die übrigen Produkttei-

le wird auf die EU-Richtlinie 99/44/EG

verwiesen; siehe Betriebsanleitung, Ka-

pitel „Garantie“.

Garantiedauer

10 Jahre. Die Garantie gilt ab dem Da-

tum des Kaufs, der durch einen Kauf-

beleg bestätigt werden kann.

Gewährung der Garantie

Um die 10-Jahres-Garantie für die

Heizkesseleinheit von Polti La Vapo-

rella zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, das

Produkt innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab

dem Kaufdatum zu registrieren. Außer-

dem muss der Kaufbeleg aufbewahrt

und vorgelegt werden. Das Produkt

muss entweder im Abschnitt „Pro-

duktregistrierung“ auf der Homepage

der Internetseite www.poltide.de oder

durch einen Anruf beim Kunden-

dienst von Polti registriert werden.

Die vorliegende Garantie wird nicht ge-

währt, wenn das Produkt auf Rech-

nung mit Umsatzsteuernummer oder

für den kommerziellen und/oder ge-

werblichen Bereich gekauft wurde.

Hinweise

Achtung! Polti La Vaporella ist für den

Gebrauch mit normalem Leitungs-

wasser ausgelegt.

K e i n d e s t i l l i e r t e s W a s s e r , u n v e r -

dünntes demineralisiertes Wasser,

Regenwasser oder Wasser mit Zu-

satzstoffen (wie z.B. Stärke, Duft-

stoffe), parfümiertes Wasser oder

Wasser verwenden, das von anderen

Haushaltsgeräten, Wasserenthärtern

oder Wasserfilterkrügen erzeugt wird.

Durch eine unsachgemäße Verwen-

dung des Geräts (siehe Kapitel „Ver-

wendung des richtigen Wassers im

Kessel“) erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

Polti Kalstop ist der einzig zugelassene

Kalklöser und ist mit dem Gerät Pol-

ti La Vaporella kompatibel.

Diese Garantie gilt ausschließlich in den

Mitgliedsstaaten. Für weitere Infor-
