To Replace Mower Drive Belt
MOWER DRIVE BELT REMOVAL
1. Park tractor on a level surface. En gage parking brake.
2. Lower attachment lift lever to its lowest position.
3. Remove any dirt or grass clippings which may have
accumulated around mandrels and entire upper deck
surface.
4. Remove belt from clutch pulley (M), both mandrel pulleys
(R) and all idler pulleys (V).
MOWER DRIVE BELT INSTALLATION
1. Install belt around both mandrel pulleys (R) and around
idler pulleys (V) as shown.
2. Install belt onto clutch pulley (M).
IMPORTANT:
Check belt for proper routing in all mower pulley
grooves.
3. Raise attachment lift lever to highest position.
Austauschen des Mäher-Treibriemens
AUSBAU DES MÄHER-TREIBRIEMENS
1. Stellen Sie den Traktor auf einer ebenen Fläche ab. Ziehen
Sie die Handbremse an.
2. Senken Sie den Hubhebel des Zusatzgerätes auf die
unterste Stellung ab.
3. Entfernen Sie Schmutz oder Grasreste, die sich unter
Umständen an den Spindeln und auf der gesamten oberen
Schneidwerkfläche angesammelt haben.
4. Ziehen Sie den Riemen von der Kupplungsscheibe (M),
der Spindelscheibe (R) und allen Umlenkrollen (V) ab.
EINBAU DES MÄHER-TREIBRIEMENS
1. Montieren Sie den Riemen wie abgebildet auf der Spin-
delscheibe (R) und auf den Umlenkrollen (V).
2. Montieren Sie den Riemen auf der Kupplungsscheibe
(M).
WICHTIG:
Überprüfen Sie die genaue Verlegung des Riemens
in allen Nuten der Riemenscheibe des Mähwerks.
3. Schieben Sie den Hubhebel des Zusatzgerätes auf die
höchste Stellung.
